Entry Level Membership Option

Excellent for customers who want to sample our approach, ask several questions, and see if this approach may work for them.

• We set-up your CTC webpage, cover some of the concepts in the CTC book, discuss some of the videos on our website, and conduct about three initial calls or videos to get you headed in the right direction.

• We alter the initial workouts during your 1st month with us to adapt the program to your abilities.

• You have access to texts and video calls for 33 days (It takes about 3 days to conduct the initial interviews and collect information).

• You will have access to your webpage for 3 months.

• We do not take calls and texts or alter any workouts after the initial 33 day mark.
