This “book” contains the CTC training philosophy. In one sentence:

The training you do should improve your 300m time, your 3000m time, and your long run ability -

excel at these three areas and you’ll do very well in our sport!

I’ve read many books before - from physiology, to history, to finance, to theology, to autobiographies, to biographies - from 160 pages to 600 pages. As I started to write our book, I challenged myself to limit it to 25 pages. 1 page per chapter. Eventually, it morphed into a challenge to limit it to 10,000 words. If I had only 10,000 words to explain how we do it, what would I elect to say. The 2nd edition has now stretched us to 10,458 words. There is no editor; there is no literary genius contained herein - exactly how I want it. This is how we do business at CTC:
